This cover is separate from the cover with the filling. We choose this so that you can change your style easily without buying a whole new bed. 
Did the cover get dirty? Then you can even have an extra cover in the closet so that your dog can still use his/her bed when the other one is in the laundry. Mix and Match.

Launder: 
Wash the cover inside out on 30 degrees. Airdry the cover and don't tumble dry it.
